Zanzibars

I’ve eaten at Zanzibars now a couple of times, and I really like it in there.

Although the restaurant is just off the Soi, the foliage makes you feel far away from Soi 11. The spacious terrace, palm trees and soft lighting really create a nice ambience and a real feeling of being on holiday!

The menu offers a choice of Thai fusion dishes, although the steak is good too! It is more expensive that a lot of restaurants in the vicinity, but this is shown in the quality of food and service. To be fair, it is the alcohol that pushes up the bill.

There was a band playing last night, which may have been a little on the loud side for some, but I enjoyed signing along to covers of Adele!
